Is your jewelry made from real silver?+
Yes. All our products are crafted from 925 sterling silver, unless otherwise stated — the standard for quality silver jewelry.
What does 925 silver mean?+
925 silver, also called sterling silver, is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) that add durability. It’s the international standard for quality silver jewelry.
Does silver tarnish, and why?+
Yes, silver can darken over time from oxidation and reaction with sulfur in the air — this is normal and doesn’t mean it’s fake. The shine comes right back with a soft polishing cloth.
Is silver jewelry hypoallergenic?+
Pure 925 silver rarely causes allergies and suits sensitive skin. Reactions are usually caused by nickel in cheap alloys — our jewelry is made from quality 925 sterling silver.
What’s the difference between 925 silver and gold-plated?+
925 silver is silver throughout the piece. Gold-plated jewelry is 925 silver with a thin layer of gold (or rose gold) on the surface for a different color. Plating can wear over time with heavy use.

How do I determine my ring size?+
The easiest way is to measure your finger’s circumference with a strip of paper or string and match it to our chart. See the Size Guide page for detailed instructions.
Which necklace length should I choose?+
The most popular lengths are 40, 45, and 50 cm. 40–42 cm sits close to the neck, 45 cm is the classic length, and 50 cm falls lower and layers nicely. Each product lists its length.
How long does gold plating last, and does it wear off?+
Plating (14k gold or rose gold over 925 silver) lasts a long time with normal wear, but friction can thin it over time. You extend its life by removing jewelry before showering, sport, and contact with perfume.
What jewelry makes a good gift?+
For a safe gift, choose delicate silver earrings, a classic chain, or a minimal ring — they go with everything. Every order arrives in elegant gift packaging.
Ordering, delivery & payment
Do you deliver across Macedonia, and how much is shipping?+
Yes, we deliver across North Macedonia. Shipping is free for orders over 3,000 MKD. For smaller orders, shipping is 140 MKD.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days across Macedonia. The courier will call you on the phone number you provided to arrange delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro via Bankart) and cash on delivery (COD). A 30 MKD fee applies to cash on delivery.
Does the jewelry come in gift packaging?+
Yes. Every order arrives in elegant Marra packaging, ready to give as a gift.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?+
Yes. You have 14 days to return or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@marra.mk to start the process.
Do you have a physical store?+
We currently operate exclusively online, based in Kavadarci. You order easily through marra.mk with delivery to your address anywhere in Macedonia.
Care & maintenance
How do I clean and care for silver jewelry?+
Polish it with a soft silver cloth to restore the shine. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a little mild soap and a soft brush. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
How do I store jewelry so it doesn’t tarnish?+
Keep jewelry in a closed box or pouch, away from moisture and air. Storing pieces separately prevents scratches, and an enclosed space slows tarnishing.
Can I shower, swim, or sleep in silver jewelry?+
It’s best to remove jewelry before showering, swimming, and sleeping. Water, chlorine, salt water, and friction speed up tarnishing and wear, especially on gold-plated pieces.
Do you guarantee the quality of the silver?+
