Who are we?

The website “www.marra.mk” offers an online service operated by MarraMK DOOEL Kavadarci, consisting of informational services, content, and transactional capabilities provided by Marra, through whose pages products are sold. All prices on marra.mk are in Macedonian denars.

Terms of Use

The marra.mk terms of use explain the conditions of purchase and how purchased products are delivered. A purchase passes through three stages:

PROCESSING – the order has been placed by the customer and is being approved and/or the documentation needed for delivery is being prepared.

APPROVED – the order has been approved and is awaiting pickup by the courier for transport to the customer.

DECLINED – the order has been declined, the reason has been sent to the customer by e-mail, and any funds paid are returned to the customer.

Product Delivery Policy

Once the order is approved, immediately and no later than 48 hours after payment and approval, the purchased item is handed over for delivery — unless the order was placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, Sunday, or any non-working day. Delivery is carried out by a duly registered and authorised parcel delivery company, ECO LOGISTIK SERVICE. Responsibility for the product from collection at the seller’s premises until handover to the buyer rests entirely with the courier.

Products are delivered with a dispatch note or an invoice for the completed payment. Upon delivery, every buyer must inspect the product for possible transport damage and, for larger shipments, check whether any product is missing. Visible defects/damage must be reported to the courier immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Refund Policy

If the buyer wishes to return the product through no fault of ours or of the courier and wants the amount refunded, the delivery cost will be deducted twice from the final amount of the product. If the buyer wishes to exchange the product, they must keep it undamaged, unopened, and unused, together with all accompanying documents. Products are exchanged only under the conditions prescribed by the Consumer Protection Law.

marra.mk displays elements with content in text or graphic format that does not belong to MarraMK. In such cases, all copyrights and usage rights belong to the original author or rights holder. All other content is the property of MarraMK DOOEL and its use is strictly prohibited.
