The marra.mk privacy policy explains where and how the personal data of all registered customers of this website is stored. This privacy policy applies only to marra.mk and its subdomains; where a link connects to other websites, we accept no responsibility for the personal data protection provided by those websites.

By registering and making a purchase, every customer declares that they are familiar with and agree to this privacy policy.

All personal data entered by the user during registration is used for successful delivery of the product and completion of payment, is stored in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, and is not shared with third parties.

The information we need is: first and last name, e-mail address, delivery address, and a contact phone number.

The data we collect and store will not be published, sold, or handed over to any third party, except to the competent authorities in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

marra.mk does not collect any financial information such as card numbers and/or bank account numbers. Credit card and bank account data is stored and used exclusively by NLB Tutunska Banka.

The payment transaction is redirected to and processed through the NLB Tutunska Banka credit card payment portal. The portal uses modern data protection and all processes take place over a secure connection with the bank.

Parents and guardians are obliged to inform their minor children about the safe and responsible handling of personal data. Minors may not provide personal data without the approval of their parents or guardians, and marra.mk will not knowingly collect or use data from minors.

Marra.mk takes all protective measures to safeguard customers’ personal data in order to minimise the risk of unauthorised access and misuse.

Cookies

Marra.mk uses cookies to make using the website easier. Cookies are small files temporarily stored on your computer, allowing our online store to recognise your computer the next time you visit marra.mk. They are used exclusively to gather information our online store needs.

marra.mk uses IP addresses for trend analysis, site administration, tracking customer interests, and collecting demographic data. IP addresses are not linked to personal profiles. The website records users’ public IP addresses. This information is stored without any additional information about other pages the user has visited, except the page that led them to marra.mk (for example, when using a search engine). Other websites linked from marra.mk do not always apply the same policies as marra.mk.
